The Rise of the Dandy...again

One of the fall fashion trends that's on deck for men is the Dandy. I am actually pretty excited about this. I love a well dressed man. One that looks like he put thought into his day and dressed appropriately for it. I feel like we are too casual too often, so this is a nice change of pace.

If you don't know what a dandy is, Wikipedia (I know, I know, one should never cite Wikipedia) states that dandy  (also known as a beau or gallant) is a man who places particular importance upon physical appearance, refined language, and leisurely hobbies, pursued with the appearance of nonchalance in a cult of Self. Historically, especially in late 18th- and early 19th-century Britain, a dandy, who was self-made, often strove to imitate an aristocratic lifestyle despite coming from a middle-class background.

Essentially they were the male Fashionistas of the 18th and 19th century.

I'm excited to see the modern twist of this eccentric, sometimes over the top style.
